Kohler Signature Store

Kohler just opened a Kohler Signature Store nearby in Edina, MN.  My husband and I were very excited to check it out.  We pretty much love everything in the Kohler line.  I appreciated the modest size of the showroom, just large enough to showcase their amazing line without being overwhelming.

We have been to other local bath and kitchen showrooms and always find wondering through rooms and rooms of options, most of which are styles we don’t like, to be daunting.  The Kohler Signature Store was the opposite experience with eye candy at every turn.

This marble bath was stunning, but what I loved most was the beautiful moody blue paneled wall.  The showroom designs are gorgeous.

I am a sucker for a mix of rustic and glam.  I love this wall of shiny sconces set against rough wood.

The toilet lineup looked equally sparkly against another rough wood paneled wall.  See the slender toilet second from the right…we are looking at that one for our basement bathroom.  Michelle, from 4 Men 1 Lady, recently got it and sings the praises of the solid base for easy cleaning.

If you are shopping for a shower head, the Kohler Signature Store has a shower wall to demo them all.  I love this.  Not only are the glass walls beautiful, but it is fantastic to be able to see how all the different shower heads perform.

I will leave you with one last piece of eye candy.  This is my dream bathtub.  I would remodel my whole bathroom around this sculpture, I mean tub.

Our primary mission was to check out the new showroom, but we had a secondary mission.  We have a new bathroom in the basement that has nothing but a shower pan.  We need a vanity, toilet, faucets, shower head, etc.  We went to the showroom for inspiration and we certainly found it.  As soon as we are ready to buy, we will be heading back.  They had a great gallery of kitchen and bar sinks we want to check out for the wet bar, too.
