This giveaway is now closed!

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and enjoyed lots of quality time with your family.  We were blessed to celebrate an early Christmas with my family on Friday night, and now we are enjoying our entire vacation week with my hubby’s side of the family.  My boys are having a fabulous time with their cousins.  We are all staying together, so that means 5 boys under 9 years old under one roof.  They are having a blast!

In the spirit of giving this season, I want to give one of my lovely readers a custom mood board for any room of their choosing.  Creating mood boards to help client’s bring a space together or solve a design challenge is one of my favorite things to do.  I can’t think of a more lovely way to thank my readers and share my passion for design.  Here is a sampling of my most recent work (so fresh they haven’t made it into the portfolio, yet):

Teal & Lime Custom Mood Board Services

To enter for a chance to win a free custom mood board, leave a comment on this post telling me what room you would like me to design by 11:59pm on Friday Dec 28th.  I will select one winner at random and email the winner to claim their prize.  Of course, I will share the completed mood board on the blog in a few weeks.  Winner must reply to my email within one week, which will include filling out the style questionnaire and providing pictures of your room.

Check out my mood board portfolio to see examples of my work and what I can do for your room.

I would love to have some help with either my kitchen sitting area or my open to the kitchen/sitting area living room! We bought the home in May and while I love, love, love the open floor plan and the house I’m at a loss trying to get it all to flow together and I have also realized that furniture that seemed so small in our last home seems HUGE in this new home so it’s even harder to arrange. Help bringing everything together would be amazing plus I adore your style and your mood boards so it would be so awesome to win! Thanks for this opportunity!

  4. Lauren H says:

I love your mood boards, Jackie! We are closing on our new house on Friday, so we’ll be needing your services for sure. Since the Master bedroom seems to be the room we never get to (as we move often), I’d love to do our bedroom first!

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  16. Hi Jackie, I LOVE your blog and have had it on my blogroll for a little while so I don’t miss any of your posts. While reading your blog I have learned that I really like teal and green (a darker shade of green than you have though) and come back often for inspiration and ideas. I love your style tiles!
If I won a mood board, I’d love you to have a look at our master bedroom. I have ideas for all the other rooms, the bedroom is the only room that causes me quite a headache. I’m ready to change everything except the bed. So I hope I’ll win!!!

  65. Lisa says:

We are finishing our basement over the holiday break and will have another 1900 sq feet of space in our house! So, so excited – especially with baby #3 coming in March! I would choose to have you mood board our family room in our basement. It is a nice large open space that will have several zones… which may mean we would need to purchase an additional board from you :-) Play area, kitchenette, desk/bookshelves and a nice big area that is screaming for a sectional. The design choices have been overwhelming for sure. Oh how I could use some help! Great giveaway, Jackie!

  74. Amy Fretz says:

If I were to win a Jackie mood board I would seek her fantastic advice for our master bedroom. I’d like to keep several modern pieces we already own to keep the design budget friendly. I’m ready to put a mood board into action by painting, DIY, and making several purchases to have a beautiful modern eclectic sanctuary for two busy young parents.

  75. wendy says:

Even though we’re about to move with the military to a place we don’t know yet, our older son is due for a room re-do and we’d love to give it to him with your help! I have an idea of where I’d like to go (industrial chic–lol) and it must house his thousands of LEGO bricks and creations, so any and all help would be lovely! A mood board is a great treat to start the juices flowing. Thanks for the great giveaway! Happy New Year!

  91. Randi says:

To get you insight in any our rooms would be awesome. We recently moved into a “new build” and pretty much every room needs that extra touch. If I were to win though, my vote would be our master bedroom. My husband and I have had a rough couple months with the stress of moving, renting our other property out, family illness and hosting our first holiday in the new home. We could really use a space to ourselves to unwind after a long days. We are both full time working parents to with very small and VERY active children. I am not afraid to DIY and my husband is getting handy. Bring on any ideas!

  92. Jen says:

I’d love a design for my bedroom!

  93. kristen lila says:

OUR LIVING ROOM! its neutral tan and chocolate brown… we just painted it when we first bought the house cpl years ago after w got married to have paint on our walls..liked it then but over it now…..dont feel like there is much style in the room…. kinda bland and not very much on the walls…..

  94. Stefanie says:

We bought our first home this past spring and while almost every room in our house has been planned out or in the process our finished basement is a hodge podge of stuff (and sadly has become more about where all the laundry is folded than a place to play and relax) I would love some help planning out the space!

  95. DanylH says:

  96. Sara S. says:

What an awesome giveaway! I really need help with our front room/living room. It’s a small space and the first thing you see when you walk into the house. TV is in there so that means the kids are in there a lot too. Would love to figure out how to make it more open and a little more modern. Thanks!!

  97. Sarah says:

  100. Jenn Wilkinson says:

My husband and I are moving into our first home in less than 3 weeks, and I’d love your insight on how we should design our open living/dining/kitchen. I’ve been following your blog for months and absolutely love your style! Our new home will be a builder basic, much like yours was when you first began revamping from top to bottom and I can’t wait to get in and really infuse our own style to our home.

My living room. We’ve been in this house 4 years and have done very little to it. It needs help!

  105. Sarah says:

We bought our house 14 months ago in spite of detesting the kitchen. We know we both hate it (too dark! Mismatched appliances! Awful cabinets! No storage!) but are overwhelmed by indecision about what to do to it.

    Thanks!

  106. Lori says:

Oh my goodness.. This is exactly what my home needs in each of the rooms. I’m afraid to buy anything for fear it will not “go” together so I end up buying nothing thus have a very bare house of 10 years. Super fab idea!!

If I have to pick one room, it would be my family room where we spend the majority of our time..

  113. Allison says:

Greetings Jackie from snowy Buffalo, NY! I recently stumbled upon your site and have been inspired by your creativity and vision that you have shared so generously with your followers! 114. Nicole J says:

Would love your help with our living/fireplace seating area!!!

  115. Melissa Ziemiecki says:

    The living room for sure!

I’m a working mother with twin one year old girls and a two year old girl so I never have time to put anything together for my house. I’m just happy if the laundry is done lol. When I do have some me time, I read your blog…thanks for your ideas from one mom to another :)

Oh I forgot I would pick my great room! Any ideas to hide diapers and toys?
